I took today cash from cash mashine inside ,and is short of 20 pounds ,I’m on my way home and just checked ,never checked before ,who is gonna give my 20 pounds back???? It’s time to change the bank

There’s no counter or place to speak to someone. It’s useless. It’s not a bank anymore it’s a huge waiting area with people looking busy with wait times through the roof. I’m not coming back. I’m changing banks.
