on the 3-7-17 I noticed £12900 taken illegally from my account. I immediately called nat west fraud line took 45 mins to get through they are that busy dealing with theft form customers accounts
it is now 7-7-17 just called nat west and been told no notes on case file nothing been done trace my money they do not have a email address for complaints.
absolutely bloody disgraceful
