Visited this branch with my family few months ago and I just thought to leave a review.
Lovely atmosphere and we were seated immediately.
The lad that served us was particularly friendly? we were visiting Basildon so he recommended nice places we could check out and films we could watch.
The place was very clean and our meal came in good time.

The food was good as always. The guy who served me was very pleasant and made conversation. The only downside to my experience was the young girl in a blue top with tattoos on her arm. The restaurant was quiet, and she was leaning against the side and was constantly on her phone in full view of all customers. I would say this does not give a very good impression. I would think staff shouldn't have their phones out all the time, even managers ( if she was one) .

Great food but horrible customer service. Been here a few times before cinema and staff are not very nice and always seem to be in a bad mood. Makes you feel unwelcome. Restaurant dirty, toilets not cleaned and no toilet paper. Tables and menus sticky, had sauce stuck to mine. Won?t be coming back again

This particular branch was outstanding! The customer service was great. I am really impressed. From the person who was letting people in, she was very supportive and found a table for us, the waitress who was taking orders supported me with my NHS card as I couldn't find it.
We changed something after ordering and they were really good changing it back.

Went for lunch a few weeks ago. Friendly service and food arrived quickly. Took our baby and they had high chairs available. They placed us on a nice quiet table in the corner, which was much appreciated.

Visited Nando?s for the first time in a while, 1 was shocked about the price just under £50 for 2 burgers fries a corn on the cob and two drinks, not the end of the world but abit steepSat next to the huge windows which were open and not able to be closed so it was windy.Restaurant was not particularly busy food took about 20 minutes to appear on the hot counter which was in site, sat there for almost 10 minutes, to be stone cold when delivered, spoke to our server who was really good and said I?ll get fresh ones made, fantastic I thought.Two minutes after that ?Nat? who I assume was the manger slammed down some plates infront of us, we asked have these just been warmed up ? As the cheese is solid, still only like warm, no they are fresh she said, I pointed out the huge bite in my burger that wasn?t there when I sent it back.?I haven?t eaten your food? she barked back, I didn?t say that you did, I asked for a refund at this point she stormed off back to the till,How did you order then ?Through the app I responded, well I?ve done it, you?ll get paid in like 10 days I was told. Asked if I could have a receipt. No because it?s an app.Our server did come over and ask what was wrong. I said everything so I have got a refund, she apologised for our experienceSafe to say I won?t be returning

We came into Nandos this evening and was greated by a lovely waitor, he took us to our table and made sure we had everything and was very friendly. His name was Alfie, he was amazing, he is a great asset to the company.

Me and my dad had a great time, the diet cola syrup ran out when I was pouring my drink so it tasted weird and this lovely blonde young lady with a ponytail gave me a bottle of diet cola to make up for it, the food was phenomenal as usual, and this kind lady at the end checked up on us. All the workers were so sweet and caring. I just wanted to review as I hope this lady on the 1/04/24 at 8:30pm gets some recognition.
