Order sat on the side whilst staff messed about. When they finally decided to call me to collect half of it was missing. Then when I asked forbthe missing items they had the audacity to say I was being rude!!! I will never go there again and suggest that no one else does. All staff need to be removed and replaced with pleasant people who can actually do the job.

Mc Donald?s in Eastgate is the worst! Food always cold! Take forever to get the food! WiFi never works attitude of staff and crappy management none of them want to help you.
Burger King is much better the only thing I would say is great is the Eastgate food court staff. Not Mc Donald?s never going back

Every time I have ever ordered from here there has been items missing. I am sure it?s a scam. No way they can be that incompetent. They know. They don?t deal with you. They send you to Uber eats or delivery service but it 100% isn?t their fault. The bags are sealed at McDonald?s. Then they offer you a fraction of the cost as a refund. So you can?t even reorder the item let alone pay for another delivery ,no chance. Was missing a burger which cost over £4 and they refunded me £1.80. I spent over £30 and got no meal. Disgusting. Complete and utter scam. And McDonald?s have washed there hands of it.
Obviously franchise scamming customers knowing they can get away with it and save money on items. Taking peoples money for no food.

Food is typical fast food - looks nothing like the picture and tastes ok - the nuggets are the only thing I'd recommend - never has books for happy meals so would say not to bother - the toys are poor in comparison to what they used to be like...

To make a complaint that your freed was very very cold and it was very poor your bag goes absolutely wrong cold and the service was very very bad the fridge was absolutely freezing cold and it was half cooked you have chipped hamburger freezing cold I just wanted to it got one of your staff was quite rude

Visited today. Won?t be rushing back. Was absolutely manic. My daughter asked for a couple of sauces. Her request was greeted with a sigh and the sauces were thrown onto the tray. Hostess with the leastest.

Another delivery order missing items. Simple order of their new double burger and two medium fries. Got the Big Mac but not the chicken sandwich. It shouldn?t be difficult the clue is in the title such a bad company site

Ordered a double cheese burger for a quick snack as I wasn't feeling very well. I stood by watching a female manager package up food and line it up in the kitchen instead of handing it out herself, pushing it further along the counter to the point the bags were almost falling off the other end of the counter... After she packed all the orders she then kept whipping out her phone and scrolling through it while 5+ orders sat there bagged up and ready to go while we all had to wait for a member of staff to become available to hand the food out... Manager obviously felt too important to give the food out herself. I asked for a refund, and was offered a fresh burger but honestly I'm so sick of McDonald's and their joke service at inflated prices I just wanted my money back so she slammed the cash in my hand without saying a word. At one point 2 managers were hanging out of the kitchen both on their phones while the que of ready to hand out food just sat there. Total joke and sick of this sort of pathetic service from McDonalds.

The staff don't seem to know what they're doing during busy periods. Every single Friday, they're short staffed, running around trying to make the food! I recently waited 20 minutes for a meal, then had to wait another ten minutes for my drinks! Terrible service! They also can't handle deliveries. Management needs to sort themselves out and actually organise properly!Wheelchair accessibility: There are lifts in the Eastgate centre to the first floor. These lifts normally work. If they don't, there's a larger lift at the end.

Half the menu is never available. Anytime there is a new special or promotion, it's out of stock, card machines work if you're lucky, and wait times are x2 the average McDonald's

Awful service waiting nearly an hour for basic nuggets and chips.....so much for fast food. Wish I'd gone else were for lunch
