Parking: Parking at multistorey is much cheaper than the open car park

Order sat on the side whilst staff messed about. When they finally decided to call me to collect half of it was missing. Then when I asked forbthe missing items they had the audacity to say I was being rude!!! I will never go there again and suggest that no one else does. Please can you ensure employees put sauces in the delivery bags! 70p for a sauce you don’t get is ridiculous
