Staff are always so friendly and helpful! To the point where they know alot of people by who go in there and vise vera. I have been using this shop for over 10 years and always have a laugh with staff when in there. Handy to have a post office to use to which I do regularly with no issue!

Recently had the rudest and most unpleasant engagement with a staff member during the morning shift, there seems to be a pattern emerging within the reviews for the same lady - none of which have anything nice to say.
I could not believe the attitude and aggression in an employee whose sole purpose in being positioned as customer facing is to serve the customers.
Upon entry I was not acknowledged by either staff who were full flow in private conversation about the weekend, both were more than happy to let me stand and wait for more than a few minutes before finally huffing their way over to me. Literally snatched the parcel without so much as a please or thank you then bluntly stated the monies due.
I could not believe the way I was treated in here, especially as i was the ONLY person in the store.
When asking for the same to make a complaint the staff played dumb and couldn?t provide the managers name, complaint protocol and refused to give their names.
I have since submitted an official complaint to Morrisons head office.
Rarely give negative reviews but I cannot stress enough how bad my experience was here. What?s worse is that I have used this store for over 10 years but the last few have been simply unbearable. AVOID !

Some staff are very rude! They clearly don?t like offering post office services here as it seems a real bind for them to be polite when sending multiple items.
One lady in particular very rude and unfriendly every time I go in. I believe is a relation of the shop Manager. Mutters under her breath and has private conversations with staff quietly in front of you, whilst being served!

Been using for years but, its obviously being wound down. Shelves empty, miserable staff and this morning, got to the door to be told, we're closed. Not a 'convenience store'.'Update' as its now Morrisons convenience store, gave them the benifit of the doubt and went in this morning. Guess what, its actually got worse.

You can change the name of the business to morrisons, but until you change the rude miserable and unhelpful woman that works there in the morning it will always be poor. Helps that your brother its manager i guess. Early morning staff member is so rude and abrupt. Everything seems to be an issue, makes you wait, ignores you and is just generally difficult. It's like we are an inconvenience to there day.

Had many an unsatisfying experience in this shop, which I?ve been using for almost 5yrs now. Not always rude but most of the time cold or indifferent towards you. Some competent staff but the rest struggle. The level of competence at the post office kiosk is laughable, which is where I have to go on most of my visits. Not as bad as some other convenience stores in the area but certainly not the best. 3 stars because in recent months they?ve been better. If it continues i?ll update my review to reflect this
