Disappointed
Visited Saturday morning 8 am when store opens
Sunday was Mothers day so busy even that early in the morning
Staff everywhere still filling shelves with thier crates and boxes etc blocking the aisles and creating havoc for customers
These staff need to start earlier and shelves full and aisles clear for 8am when store opens.
Have shopped here for many years now
Not so often as prices have risen too much.
Will not be going back to M&S Mayflower again.
Sainsbury South Woodham Ferrers much better shopping and prices.
Quality now just the same as M&S

Be very careful when purchasing meat from this shop.As my partner went shopping here yesterday and came back with a piece of meat which was a Weak out of date
Had to drive it all the way back to the shop and did not even get a sorry

Friendly staff and some good quality food. Usually lots of stuff in stock. My main issue is sometimes I?ve found items that go out of date the next day. It?s fine if eating the same day, but like most people, I?m buying for the week ahead.

I visited this store for the first time Friday, Danielle and Jo were so helpful and showed perfect customer service! I got there just before closing time but never once felt rushed and Jo even helped to carry out and help me to the car! Great store and brilliant staff, thank you!
