Very poor care from this company, carers turn up to their own schedule, leaving clients alone for over 18 hours! Breakfast visit made at 10 a.m then returned30 minutes later to do lunch visit, no change when complaint made, they just became more sly !complaint also sent to care commission & banned them, wouldnt trust these... read full comment

They are not carers. Couldn't get out quick enough. As patient could put themselves to bed they didn't come back to to check safe and meds taken. Threw clothing away rather than wash it. Rinsed washing up instead of washing in detergent. Didn't perform all the tasks detailed. Should lose their contract.

I can't say all the carers were bad but generally speaking there was no compassion and hygiene was poor, Using the same gloves for food after changing the commode. As I say not all the staff, just most. One member of staff ended up putting my wife back in hospital after being a bit rough and catching her Catheter. Would... read full comment
