We have been tenants at Phoenix House for the last 7 years.The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a range of dining options nearby including onsite Bistro serving great food. Phoenix business park is a lovely place to work. The whole working environment is friendly and comfortable across the complex. Parking is plenty for the size of the complex which is always a bonus. The landlord is always engaging and prompt in responding to any issues that may arise, resolving them in a timely manner. Communication is also great , always informing tenants of any changes going on. Over the years we have been tenants on the business park there has been great investment from the landlord to make improvements to the complex and more recently with additional works to the building this will not only reduce the carbon footprint of the complex but also shows the landlords commitment to working towards their environmental targets to provide sustainable accommodation. We are very lucky not only to have a great place to work but also a great landlord.

Moving our business into Phoenix House was a strong commercial decision enabling us to concentrate on our core selling activity; we were not distracted by having to maintain and manage a property. It was a perfect solution which our staff have fully embraced. From the five star washroom facilities, onsite meeting rooms to the café/bistro, all of which have provided a great working environment; and there's parking! The management team at Phoenix House are really helpful, well organised and quick to respond to any issues when they arise. I would recommend Phoenix House to any business.
