The place is full of bugs ( fruit flies ) to be accurate , get yourself an infestation team in fast before it escalates further , mighty bucket for one , yeah right what happened to my chips , shocking ? , I know chickens ? have two legs , but why do they both have to be in my bucket ?

Chips were cold and not delightful to eat. Requested fresh hot ones and was given without a problem indicating staff member knew there were cold and not appetising. Chicken seemed overcooked/re cooked as it was dark in colour and did not taste fresh or nice at all. Food and service could have been better as the food was cold. Disappointed as i usually enjoy KFC

Got a deal online but couldn?t access the internet on my phone and the nice lady, cashier Karen P was helping me to get back online than came the manager very unprofessional with an attitude rudely told Karen off for helping us which I find very annoying, the fact that the place was not even busy and the only meal was my one I?ve ordered. I know dealing with food and customers are not easy but as well the good staff are very important and it a shame when you disregard and disrespect a grownup woman just for doing her job was out of order but in all the food was good

Came here previously, and it was great. Service was quick and food was really good, however, We went as a family of four a few days ago and it was a totally different experience! There was no reception, so it was really difficult as we had ordered via our app, and it failed to come through. Had to order all over again at the counter. Chicken came out underdone, which I was told "it's supposed to be that texture"!
If it's under cooked, I'm telling you it's under cooked. They finally changed the chicken, and it was fine.
Probably wouldn't go again now.
