I?ve had my vehicle repaired here a couple of times now. Mike always goes the extra mile to get the repair carried out as soon as possible.Being a driving instructor, having my vehicle on the road is a must and the chaps at In & Out Basildon always do their upmost to not only get a first time fix but also a very prompt repair.Would highly recommend.

Took my car for an MOT. Car failed and needed parts it was all sorted by the next day. Quick service and all work was explained to us. Felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service by Michael Jones from theIn ?n? Out Basildon branch, keeping me up to date with the progress of my vehicle that was in for a service. Very friendly and efficient all round and a pleasure taking my car there for a service. I would highly recommend.

Today was my service and mot which was booked through the AA. I got there slightly late and was told that my MOT could not be done due to my time being missed. I was pretty upset and made my feelings known as it was running out in a few days and i was only 15 minutes late. Left my car for the service anyway.I got a call from them a while later to let me know they managed to get my MOT done as they had a slot. Service and MOT now done. Thank you guys for sorting it out.

Outstanding service, and a really friendly guy behind the desk ( Michael ). I rang on Friday to see if they could fit my car in asap, they said bring it in Monday, it was all done on the same day, the clue is in the name , in'N''out indeed! And I was able to pay a very affordable payment plan ?? thanks guys, will definitely be using again if i have any other issues. Lee

Awful experience. I have booked in advance, have the email confirmation and receipt only for them to tell me they cannot find me on their system and they won't be able to help me today.What is the point in booking and paying in advance then??? They told me to come another day so i have to lose a day of work due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism.
