Only gave 1 star to be able to leave a review of the awful service I received today.
Such a shame as this has always been my go to for car wash and valet.. but after today NEVER AGAIN.. would rather wash the car myself than pay such RUDE people my money.
Honestly so rude, I suggest you choose another life choice if this one is so difficult for you to do without being so disrespectful to customers in a job role where you are literally providing a service to people.

Wouldn't even leave one star if that was possible. Worst car clean I've ever had and customer service I've ever experienced, more specifically the lady they have working there is beyond rude and should learn some manners, certainly won't be using this car wash again.

OMG!
Staff is extremely rude.
Amongst them but also against their customers.
Easily irritated by not experienced drivers or with customers visiting for a first time.

Zero stars?. Paid 55 pounds but the quality of service is not consistent ?. It supposed to be for ceramic XTR plus mini valet plus?. But they said they finished cleaning? there was still water marks, dirt?.they didn't apply for wax as well? never going there? poor customer service ?.never going there?. Not worth the price they charge?

Had car washed with Diamond wax, it look like the car could do with another wash, water marks, dirty window screen, marks all over the body, I have not been very happy with the car wash for some time now

Staff is rude and don?t provide service you pay for. I paid for triple foam and they gave me basic wash. Even they don?t say sorry for wrong doing.

I've always come to this car wash as they have multiple services to use for decent prices and they clean very well.
Today I decided to get a valet done.
Now I have 2 very large very hairy dogs. And they went the extra mile and my car looks amazing! There was hair in every crevasse now it's gone ! Cannot express how happy i am with the service I provided. Gilbert who cleaned my car ! You are a legend! Thank you so much!

Staff are very rude, miserable and never say thank you. Customer service is poor.
The equipment is poorly maintained. It has damaged my car twice and when I reported it to staff they walked away from me without saying anything.
Car was still dirty afterwards, so the wash process used dirty water which can be seen from all the dry streaks.
Will not be going back.

Staff were very aggressive and rushed us into the car wash, we were almost on top of the car in-front and there could only be 1m between us and the car behind us. The dryer wasn?t working and the car was still covered in bubbles, might as well have not bothered. Would not recommend and won?t be using again despite having free car washes with our insurance, I?d rather waste them than use this ?service? again!

Awful. Everyone barely understands English, if at all. Went for a car wash, wasn't given clear instructions as a worker was on phone and not paying attention. So they pulled out car into another car. Damaged our bumper on a car less than month old, was told they contact us, never did.
