Just don't like Iceland food
Checkout staff ok, always seems understaffed, especially when they are doing online orders, and lack of space around till area when they are preparing orders for delivery .

Bad they employ mentally challenged people to pick delivery orders, please counting over 5 should be looked into, you order 6 items you get 5 , sad really you pay good money for a service, and they can't employ people that can't count to 6

Only went in to see what Iceland is about. Bought 3 items. Like the idea of the poles on the trolley so the can't leave the shop. One less abandoned trolley on the streets! Security Guard was distracted all the time during my visit on his phone so not much determent going on.

Take care what people work in security staff...because my daughter get in the shop with a scooter ...was chase by a black guy who work in security staff instead to talk with me nice and polite about this think ...he try to make justice by himself ...shouting and run after my daughter ...this man have some mentally problem...he is only a security ...he need hospitalization in a mentally institute ...his reaction ... ?
