Today, I have had a great experience with Rabs. He was very welcoming, friendly, funny and hard working. He put in so much effort into helping open my sisters account as there was multiple issues. He was very upbeat and positive making a stressful time feel like a breeze! Moving forward we will be requesting to work with him, if that is possible! He deserves a raise! Best of luck in Lakeside!

This is a great branch my whole family is with HSBC, I have to say customer service here is amazing very helpful and understanding as my English is not good but Rabz was great and professional and got things completed!!

Fantastic local service. The staff are very helpful, informative and welcoming. I hate the 25 min+ call center to make the bookings but the service in store is great.
