The goto craft store in basildon, some bits cheap, some reasonable and some bits eye wateringly expensive. Staff 50/50 , one was nice, one was jobsworth. Would I go again, yes, because its a physical shop and that deserve support if, like me, your fed up with online. But all this is my opinion, all best for new year

Really quick refund. Lovely cashier. She asked me to sign for my refund. It's not something I do (it's not a legal requirement and also not in their refund policy). She then said, I hope I don't get in trouble for me not signing. I do hope she doesn't, because she did her job and asked.

Lovely stuff here, what ever craft you are in to, they usually have it.
All the staff were great, except on chap, not sure if he was a manger, he was rude and unhelpful.

On one floor. Isles narrow. I'm interested in model railway they don't do anything really for me and are a bit pricey for their other model kits.
Parking outside is ok, you park and after shopping pay at one of the machines you only have 2hrs.

A craft place this size should have autumn crafting items. Spent 30 mins looking, no staff available for advice, ended up in pound shop, they had some.

Very well stocked and staff were very helpful when I needed to find certain things.
Only downside is you have to pay for parking.

Staff are lovely, well laid out and stock is always seasonally changing. I do find their lift a bit scary though
