I want to give 0 stars. I came in-store today & was treated with utter disrespect! The store manager named Samantha accused me of stealing. She searched my bag and it was a very hostile situation. I was simply looking at the Taylor Swift collection and it turned into a horrible experience. Won?t be returning to this store, my friends and family are also unhappy with the way I was treated.

Thoroughly disappointed with Hmv. Not only did I order something and pay for ages ago I have still not received the item! Calls to hmv are charged. Extremely disappointed and definitely won't be ordering from them again!

Lots of records and merch at good prices. Got some Elvis CDs but need to check if they skip. So far so good. Some T shirts available too but sizes seem small. Got some skull candy headphones too. You can try them on at the back and feel the bass. :)
