Ordered a bulb with fitting for my Mondeo, used the online facility, booked an appointment very good, got to my chosen branch to then be told it's on a no fit list, nothing on the website about cars they don't fit bulbs to, disappointing.

My partner bought a bike as he is on a cycle to work scheme and the bike has messed up and stopped working after one month of having the bike. at the moment he has no other way of getting to work. The store has been very unhelpful and are not telling him any info or updates on the bike and are not even offering to give him a new one and are barely trying to fix it. This is awful customer service

Would recommend this Basildon Store all the staff work wonderful as a team, brilliant job done by Rob again, fitted a rear view camera and steering wheel part and all working fantastic.
All completed with fantastic attention to detail.
This is the place to come to get the job done well.
Also Mark and Sidney welcoming and very helpful make you feel like no job is too much trouble.
