Chloe at the Basildon branch knew exactly what I wanted and arranged a viewing within a day. She was very professional and helpful with the viewing. She had very good knowledge of the area. Also she was very understanding when I needed to do a second viewing. We later spoke to Dan who was also very knowledgeable, helpful and understood how to close the deal. Although we haven't found the place for us yet, a young man named Josh has been excellent in his efforts to help us . We have met alot of estate agents in our search for a home , he is up there with the best we have worked with. He is very polite , very well informed on each property promptly answering any queries we have had. He clearly does his homework on the property he is showing you around as opposed to just turning up to let you in. I recently purchased a property with haart, I was assigned a move manager to help with the process this was Rebecca Pattenden. Rebecca was most helpful in keeping me up to date on where we were with my move, chasing up my Solicitors and those of the seller. I was kept up to date with what checks were left to do on the property I was buying and where my seller was on his purchase in the chain.
