Be nice if they put decent amount to filling in baguette instead of lumps margarine. Absolutely awful.

I love greggs for my Sunday breakfasts. But this place, the service was horrible. I gave my order and I was waiting. Usually there'll be a big queue in any of the greggs I've gone. This time there wasn't, and I wanted to order a baguette which I missed the first time. As for someone who works there, it's an opportunity for him to upsell the products, instead he showed his frustration when ordering a second time. I didn't notice his name exactly, it's maybe Tom or Tim. I'm not sure, he kept getting irritated even with his colleagues, when they weren't around the food area and were tiding the place / cleaning the table.

Amazing service from the staff today, I didn?t catch her name but she was very polite and patient and helped me figure out how to use the app. She even brought over mine and my friends drinks when we went to find a seat. Pizza and hot chocolate was 10/10 as always. :)
