Terrible on hold for fifty one minutes to be told when they eventually answered the couple of calls they were all training and needed to ring back again . Next time I strongly suggest putting that on your phone lines !

Doctors are actually great I’ve got to admit it’s the worst telephone service of ever used. You have to physically go round to the doctors to make an appointment for telephone operators who are not for downstairs. Doctors staff are awful. I do not pick the phone up by just disconnect you. I've been using this GP for 6 years and the reception staff have always been unprepared. Always. Doctors and nurses are good but I've never had an interaction with the reception staff where I left thinking "wow, that person helped me today", it's always "wow, how come this convo has made me less informed??"Edit: grammar
