Ordered a tap online a month ago, still not arrived. No email or phone call to apologise, or explain.Phone number does not even ring.Email replies are sporadic at best.Scam company? AVOID

Ordered an item via mano it wasn't delivered chased it. Noticed stock was available price increased by 12.00! The Weaste was different, rude emails and bo apology from this company. Had the item sent but waste was different. Fairly appalled at the sheer lack of customer service and poor response!

I have bought a bathroom basin with cabinet and two sets of tap and waste fittings from this company. Both are good quality for the price, and arrived well-packaged in super quick time. Their customer service is outstanding, especially in these difficult Covid-19 times.

Company trades as fitheowner on Ebay from where I purchased bath waste set that was described as chromed brass. What a joke, after a couple of months the chrome was flaking and corrosion appearing around the waste fitting. Contacted through Ebay but they totally ignored my complaint.DO NOT BUY from this company, they clearly obtain low quality stock to sell through Ebay and by the time the fitting fails it is too late to leave negative feedback on Ebay.
