Big shout out to Sam yesterday for assisting the fire brigade at Stay and Play, helping a family whose car locked with her keys in the car whilst her baby was in there.Sam attended when called within minutes and managed to gain access without any damage. Thanks again Sam

Had an issue with another mechanic. Falcon was able to see me same day for a 2nd opinion and advised me to go the the original mechanics and sent a forwarding email detailing the issue. Without this email, I do not believe the mechanics would have carried out the work and admitted fault.

Able to squeeze me in at short notice, within an hour of leaving the car with them I had a call to say what was wrong with it, how much it would cost and to also let me know they could fix it the same day.Very polite staff.Will recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Was able to fit me in same day despite being fully booked to help me out. My repair was reasonably priced being half the price Halfords were looking to charge. I was quoted £65 labour but once completed went down to £48 after completing. Repair only took about 20 minutes too which was a bonus.Had no issues at all for a first time experience with them.Will definitely use them again going forward for other services.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very helpful and pleasant service. Explained the problem clearly and without talking down to me at all (It's a common problem for a woman dealing with garages but Falcon were great) Clear estimates given and advice proffered. Will be back!!
