Amazing customer service, really refreshing to deal with great staff. Second time I've been in (this visit in afternoon 22nd July 2025) and reception staff are immense. Particular shout out for Molly who is great; really knowledgeable, massively helpful and a credit to Eurocarparts.
I wished I'd caught the other ladies name as I'd also give her a glowing review. Both ladies dealt with a long queue and questions and orders flying at them left right and centre, with upmost professionalism and organisation. Thank you ????

Went in with my husband as he had called 2 days ago and ordered the parts. The young girl on the counter was useless and my husband had to repeat himself 6 times and there was a long queue behind us. Then she passed us on to another colleague who then gave him the parts but they were not for the car reg he had quoted numerous times. Poor service and lack of customer service!! They need trained staff and customer friendly staff!!

And for something I'd already ordered on line about an hour before and still had to wait another 10 mins for it to b picked ?

I visited on Sunday 4th May, desperately needing a car battery as mine was completely dead. Charlene helped me and was a real trooper carrying batteries out to see if they would fit. She really put herself out to help and it was greatly appreciated as I was quite a long way from home.
