WOW, what a shop. I?ve ordered a couple of small parts and service was great. But today! WOW. I ordered some stuff and Stuart had arranged for 24hr delivery, but the courier let him down. So instead of saying sorry will send again Monday he hand delivered my stuff at 9pm on a Friday night. Legendary status achieved.

These guys held my bike for nearly 2 months at discount price whilst I sorted my cyclesheme out and have sorted out 2 issues I have had with the bike since buying it all under warranty. Can?t recommend them enough.

Big shout out to Stuart Vale @ Essex Bicycles was having an issue with my E-bike and Stuart went out his way to resolve the issue for me with Bosch even though I didn't buy the bike from him he seen a social media post and went out his way to help.I can only imagine the level of service he provides to his local customer's who buy from him and if he wasn't so far away he would be my first port of call .top man and thanks again for all your help

I went into the shop to ask if someone was able to look over my new bike as its been years since I last had one. Stuart was awesome and took my bike in and had it ready for me the next day. He fixed issues I didnt know I had so it rides perfectly, even helping me setup the bike for the best riding position with some extra tips for my commute. Recommend the shop and Stuart for anyone that has a cycling issue.

Went here after the brakes on my new bike stopped working, and halfords wouldn't look at it as it was an ebike. Honestly service, pricing, and helpfulness was all 10/10 have nothing bad to say at all. Will be my go-to for any issues I have in future! Really pleased with the new brakes!
