I have had my lashes done by Abbie twice now, she is amazing. The place is very welcoming and everyone is very friendly aspecially since I've never had anything done before. I would always recommend this place. Thank you all.

Had botox done by Sam. Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming. However, having had botox many times before, I thought this was quite cheap. Went for 2 week top up as skin still saggy. Now 8 days post top up I have an uneven forehead! Saggy on one side! Never ever had any problems before. I'm 56 and had botox for 7 years.

Sam the owner done my lips, for my first time I was really scared but she gave me all the information I needed at my consultation.Sam was so nice and made me feel really comfortable.My lips are amazing and I will always go to her in future.

Went in for a sunbed today, omg I can honestly say I won't go anywhere else, room was beautiful, people were really helpful and friendly and the colour of me after my first sunbed in awhile was really noticeable.

I attended here twice for lash extensions. The first time great, the girl who did them is lovely and gave me good information and looked after me well. The second time, great again and was booked in for 2 weeks for a touch up. It was meant to be a 30 minute appointment but when I looked online I was actually booked in for 1 hour instead. The morning of my third appointment, I was contacted for an emergency medical appointment at least 1 hour away. I phone and explain and I am giving the most attitude from the guy who works there saying, and I quote, ?That?s not Hannah?s problem? also, ?That?s not our problem as we lose out on money? ?It?s not our fault you have an appointment? wow. Rude much. I literally did not know how to respond.. I won?t be returning at all? either teach your staff better customer care or you?ll end up with more reviews like this. Salons still have such a rubbish attitude and this is why I usually avoid them. Adults with immature personalities.
UPDATE: They responded to my review with yet another negative attitude. I had a MEDICAL EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT that I was called in for. I am NOT in a position to pay twice unfortunately. You?ve not bothered to respond to the way your member of staff spoke to me but instead blamed the customer for a MEDICAL REASON. As you said my problem is not your problem, the way YOU pay your staff is not my problem. Maybe if you paid your staff hourly, she wouldn?t be out of pocket. Treat your staff better and sort the attitude of your staff out. It is not my responsibility for other members of the public to cancel their appointments either. Gaslighting at its finest. Narcissistic behaviour screaming out from your staff members or the owner. Either way, I won?t be returning and I would advise others not to attend. Thank you :)

Bad customer care, I?m a loyal customer and had been going to this place for a year but today the disgust and irritation I felt as I left after being palmed off with a below zero attempt on rectifying a set of Russian infills that fell off after four days which left me with less that half of the extensions applied .Everyone needs to earn a wage and wires can get crossed but this salon is run by an experienced lash tech and her juniors follow her lead . Customer care is important and genuine customers , loyal and regulate should be treated with more respect . I will not be returningService: Eyelash extensions

I went to get multiple services done for my birthday party and i was left heartbroken. The worst of them all was my lashes, I went into the store and immediately felt uncomfortable with the way the desk lady talked to me and I only wanted to book an appointment. Even though I first had a bad impression I didn?t want to judge too quickly so I paid for the booking fee and turned up for my appointment a couple days later. On the day of my appointment I sat down on very much dirty and uncomfortable seats even though everything looked clean and neat on the outside. After about an hour and 30 minutes the lash lady was finished and I straight away looked into a mirror and my lashes looked horrendous. I couldn?t not believe I paid so much money for such poor looking lashes. I could even complain as the lady was busy with someone else I felted completely neglected and left the salon. When I got home I took the lashes off straight away and I was left with a few lashes from a full and long set of natural lashes I had before the appointment. I DEFINITELY would not recommend this store to others and I was left completely disappointed and heartbroken for my birthday, as I had such positive hopes for this beauty salon.
