If i could i wouldnt even leave one mark, but i had to so i could write this comment.Car was damaged due to the drivers incompetence and i waited over a month just to hear that they cannot do anything about it.Appealed by the treatment and disgusted by the service and how ive been left with damage and no one to take responsibility.Makes you wonder how they treat other peoples properties.

Big thank you to tony the store manager , walked in today with my family looking for a super king size bed, he called us over straight away and showed us the best deals on the computer and even took the time to show us round the store incase we see something different , he sorted out everything for us from the delivery, financing , assembling and taking away other bed too the mattress protectors . He is a good man and will definitely send customers his way for a bed !! Ash

Great place to go for your bed had a bed machine to tell you if your idea for your mattress is correct or not the salesman Joseph helped us with everything and offered us drinks very friendly

I had very good service at Dreams in Basildon. I had the opportunity to use the Sleep Match machine to find the correct type of mattress and the assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was very pleased with the mattress I chose and look forward to delivery.

Harry greeted us in store and was very knowledgeable, friendly and left us to try different mattresses, before coming back over to answer any of our questions. Other staff members also were friendly and welcoming.
