I was apprehensive about buying a new mattress but Daniel put me at ease first by suggesting the Sleepmatch and while only 3 minutes long it was quite relaxing, and he asked if I'd like tea/coffee/water, a nice gesture!! He showed me 3 mattresses Sleepmatch suggested to try out and using one of their pillows, I did and I chose the Hyde and Sleep Deluxe! Daniel was very pleasant, helpful, not at all pushy and he made the whole experience very easy and stress free, even paying was wasn't stressful!! I'm really looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress on Friday and I would totally recommend this branch to friends and family. Thank you Daniel and Kelly. Regards Lynn Campbell

Bed arrived damaged, driver advised he would let them know to send a new part out.
If not heard within a couple of days give customer service a call.
Heard nothing called customer service everyday & it just rings..! still calling call but no one answering. Shop unable to assist either! So frustrating will not use dreams again.

After a poor experience at an online store, KELLY from the Basildon branch was extremely helpful and made the whole process so easy. Would highly recommend and come back! Thank you Kelly!

I waited over 6 months before I left a review in case I was mistaken but wow the service was fantastic. They found us an amazing deal for a king size bed and mattress. Every day I'm getting a hotel bed experience and excellent sleep. I was very apprehensive about getting a mattress that had previously been returned but they showed it to us prior to purchase to inspect and it looked brand new. Upon delivery we again inspected every inch of it and it did look absolutely brand new, so glad we went for it as it saved us £700!

An assistant approached us to see if he could help within minutes of us entering the shop. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Having explained what we were looking for he suggested we were tested on the computerised bed/matress which works out the ideal density of mattress best suited to our body and way we sleep. We picked the mattress of our choice and left. Very helpful experience.

The salesman at dreams Basildon was very good from the moment I arrived at the shop. He took time to explain every thing in detail served me with a welcome cup of coffee. Showed me the mattress I wanted and allowed me to try it out and did not rush me at all. An excellent experience and I left happy I had made right choice of mattress.
