“Went into B&Q Basildon today, looking for taps, and new doors for our kitchen, firstly a young lady who worked in the garden department, came to help us with the taps, she was so helpful and knowledgeable, secondly the young man, who helped price all our doors, and other items for our kitchen, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, he was a real pleasure !! And lastly a really lovely young man, who was called to help us purchase a drill,, all of these employees where excellent, and wished us a lovely day. Im leaving this review as we are often quick to criticise, but not so quick to praise !! Well Done B&Q on some excellent staff members, and customer care.”
