We return a television that would not hold the stations, it was only a month old and we didn't have the box. Currys exchange it for another with no fuss or anything. We were in and out with a new tv in less than 15 minutes.

I ordered and paid for a cooker to be delivered this Saturday. I got a text and phone call they are delivering today. I was at work. Told the guy this. Text message sent saying its to be delivered Monday...im at work!. Now booked for next Saturday. Not happy!

Terrible place, got a tv £309. Tv went blank when I went to Africa, now they are telling me tv can?t be done, cause of a broken screen. I will never patronize Currys again

I've used Currys only for Click & Collect. I'm not fond of going in there otherwise, Not given chance to browse properly. Not everything is priced, the telly area can be untidy sometimes. Not everyone wants to buy an all singing massive telly that is the bulk of their telly range. When I have gone in there for Click & Collect, The staff have checked to confirm I am the online buyer, then they take their sweet time to go and get it. I could go down the road and get better Click & Collect service from their supermarket based competitor for paying a little bit more.

I have bought numerous items, big and small, from Currys and I have always been met with the same friendly and courteous manner. The staff are professional and knowledgeable and always willing to help.

We bought a washing machine from Currys and the woman who dealt with us told us since we are moving house, we should sign up for broadband too and we will get a £75 voucher. Took then 3 people to process the order. Not only we are charged the wrong amount for the sky subscription, there's no voucher and 3 months later they have no evidence it was even offered. Also when we took the time to go in and ask customers support(which tried to be helpful) the best they could do is a call from currys a day later. They said we should go in store and look for the employee and hope she remembers us! Absolutely appalling customer service and we were effectively made to sign an agreement under false pretenses. Will be looking into escalating this to the ombudsman

21/05/25 I went to the Basildon branch and was helped by Rob on the repairs section with a laptop.
Rob really took the time to help and resolve my issues giving loads of advice for a way forward.

Just been in to order 2 x freezers. Walked out in the end after waiting over 15 minutes to be served. Lack of staff it seems. Got told nobody else to help. Spend my money somewhere else.
