Ordered food and this is how it got delivered, I rang them and got told not to eat ANY of the food and that they will send me the WHOLE order again, I didn?t receive the whole order only one thing, I waited for the new food, while I still had to eat cold food due to not receiving the complete order like they said!!!!!!!! Don?t order from here

Absolutely rude. Staff is rude, especially the delivery driver team. Payment methods unclear, no communication.What a pathetic establishment. Best check your standards and don?t support this place. I wouldn?t even pay with my bellybutton lint and a cockroach for this kind of service.

Food Quality: Disappointed. Regrettably, after numerous visits spanning over a year and a half, I find myself consistently let down by the food quality. Despite my hopes for improvement, the dishes have not met expectations. The kebap, in particular, often contains tough, inedible particles, suggesting the use of lower-grade meat. Additionally, it appears to be improperly thawed and undercooked.Doner Concerns: As for the doner, its overly salty taste overshadows the flavors one would anticipate from such a dish. The texture is also problematic; it lacks the desired crispiness or tenderness, resembling the chewiness of gum probably because bad storage conditions.Service Experience: On a positive note, the service provided is satisfactory. The staff is generally efficient and courteous, which made go back but not anymore.

Ordered from here for games night, a friend ordered a 4piece fried chicken. Chicken wasn't even fried, it wasnt varied either (it was a 4 piece barbecue chicken wings instead), and it was burnt to a crisp to the point of being inedible.
The Just Eat order progress was also not updated, and as of this review is STILL marked as undelivered.
Overall, pretty disappointed. I've ordered here before and had no previous issues but I will not be ordering here again if this is the quality of food I am to expect.
Would give a lower rating if I could.
