“Level access, queue outdoors sometimes because tiny shop with no aircon at rear(wheeled access may be awkward but possible). Even preCovid it was squashed. Good standard of help for simple jobs, brill for sales, complex account changes they always tell you to go online. Elderly or non-tech people try the Bluewater branch for face-to-face help. It's a journey but they are good!”

“I popped into Three the other day to have a chat about my options of a new phone and contract as my one was very much on its deathbed. I spoke to an absolute star of a sales representative named Emma, she went through all of my options and didn't make me feel pressured on choosing any particular make, model or contract. She let me go at my own pace to look at what was available and within my ideal price range and we settled on an honor 400 pro. (Great phone by the way!) Going into the Three store in Basildon very much felt like walking into the home of a good friend thanks to Emma, she made me feel exceptionally welcome within the store and within her presence, so easy to talk so and such a bubbly, infectious personality! I left the store feeling extremely happy with my new phone and contract in tow. It's sales representatives like Emma that absolutely make businesses like Three shine and I highly recommend people visiting to have a chat with her, she is next level amazing.

So helpful and informative. Informed me of bonuses and extras. And keeping my costs low while still having Fantastic service.

“Yes we had to wait a long while to get served but poor Kelsey was there on her own. She was efficiently dealing with 2 customers at a time. When it was our turn, she dealt with a faulty phone issue in good humour and went above and beyond to get the ok to order us a new phone. When we collected it, Tom was again beyond helpful. He took the time to set the new phone up for me as it's something I find difficult. This was despite the fact once again, he was on his own. Well done both of you.”

“Just a quick hop off the A127 and you're in Tesco. It's a pretty decent store with groceries downstairs and clothes and home stuff upstairs. I find this quite good because if I don't go past the home and clothes departments I don't get tempted to buy anything. Their customer service department is good I've had to take a few things back and they've always been fine about it. They have a good fish counter that serves more varieties that a lot of other supermarkets. Quite like some of their clothes and the home stuff, bought a really nice, inexpensive vase the other day. Good number of child and disabled parking space and even when they are full the other spaces are pretty wide. All in all a decent tesco.”
