My daughter had her screen replaced and the next day she had to take it back the glue came off so straight away that was not done right now the screen keeps going black and there are saying it?s not there fault only had it done a week ago don?t use there are a rip off 60 pounds down the drain thanks for nothing

Took my phone in to enquire about getting it unlocked. Young lad checked with bloke in the back and said it could take upto 24 hours to do as we have to get an unlock code from Vodafone. They charged me £20 and since then no code has been sent through as advised. Tried calling the shop for an update, but no one answers the phone. Still my phone is locked and im seriously thinking of contacting trading standards as this is classes as obtaining monies under false pretences 15 hours later, still no text with code or nothing! One shop to avoid in future me thinks!Update, i finally found a mobile number for the shop and rang it to try and find out what's happening. The guy on the other end was extremely rude and told me abruptly that he had received the code and would send it through shortly. I asked why hasn't it been sent through as its now 27 hours later and once again i was told its 24 working hours. The young guy in the store never told me this and i feel they make things up as they go along. Well he did and after a few tries, the code unlocked my phone. I have reported the shop to trading standards and i would advise anyone having trouble with this shop to do the same.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Went in for my iPad Pro battery replacement, they changed the battery I collected it 5days later, after a few days the battery went flat again. I took it back and complained and another 5 days later was told that it wanted a new motherboard and was not an economical repair. This cost me £75.00 but no refund. Then took it to another shop who replaced the battery for £100.00. Works perfectly no problem. NB.BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE.!!!
