I had 2 birthdays while waiting to be served. I'm all for diverse hiring policies, but maybe don't employ blind sales staff, although in their defence perhaps I had accidentally put on Harry Potter's invisibility cloak. ?????

Yes we had to wait a long while to get served but poor Kelsey was there on her own. She was efficiently dealing with 2 customers at a time. When it was our turn, she dealt with a faulty phone issue in good humour and went above and beyond to get the ok to order us a new phone. When we collected it, Tom was again beyond helpful. He took the time to set the new phone up for me as it's something I find difficult. This was despite the fact once again, he was on his own. Well done both of you.

Can't say it was terrible service as there was NO service at all. After standing at desk for 5 minutes we went looking for a member of staff. The member of staff I found obviously didn't know anything about phones and disappeared to look for someone else. After another ten minutes we gave up and decided to spend our money elsewhere.
