I got a Ford fiesta from them, very friendly staff, Gave me time to look around the car and even test drive it. Also gave me an extra 3 months warranty on top for free which I?m very grateful for. would highly recommend them!

Bought my Ford Fiesta Titanium X from here just over 6 months ago. The car is everything I wanted, and am still enjoying it now. Sales team were lovely and not at all pushy, was offered a test drive straight away. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Do not trust this company!!!Nothing but problems with this company very helpful when looking at vehicles and wanting to buy but as soon as bought the Renault (SJ16MVK) had nothing but problems when they said they would get the problem fixed it tools 3 times!!! they then bodge jobbed it by taking to someone else who didn?t have a clue what they were doing and DUCK TAPPED the tensors on and the car had been sold to me with 2 illegal Tyers on it carlane seem to think this was acceptable and when I had told them I wanted my money back and that I had seeked legal advise it then took me 2 letters saying I was going to take them to court and 28 days later to get an acknowledgment and my money back!They now have the car back up for sale for more money!!!In regards to the response from car lane the independent garages that carried out the works are who you sent the vehicle to so you should do your proper checks.I suggest you get the facts right as by law as I had bought the car from car lane if there is a fault within 6months it is the dealership?s responsibility and I have the right to reject the vehicle if they have not fixed the problem after trying to resolve the problem the 1st timeYou was also very hesitant in refunding my money hence why I had to go down the route of citizens advise and advising you of court process!

Brought a car from them a year ago. Within 2 months the engine went, granted they repaired the car. the car came with a new MOT on it. A year later I took the car for an MOT and the same advisories that where on the mot 2 years ago has been picked up on it. This tells me that they get ?friendly? MOT?s done because the car had zero advisory?s. The car was also said to be serviced and inspected before but had a leaking gearbox linkage, granted they fixed that too but does not make it right. After buying the car I took it back to them 3 times. Gear box leaking, water leaking inside the car, engine went. I took the car to a garage to get it serviced and air con re-gassed, they said that ?the front of car is all corroded underneath and looks like it?s been drove through a lake?. The condenser for the AC had a hole in it. They sold me a lemon.

Terrible company!Started off good when you wish to buy a car with them very helpful and always available to speak on the phone.After you buy the car is a completely different story. Car has been back with issues 5 times, all separate occasions and almost impossible to call them unless you call from a different number. I can?t believe they are still trading after the standard we have had to deal with from this dealer! The garages they use are also just as bad and can?t trust them or any of there work on the vehicles they sell! Very unsafe and unprofessional! Still trying to get a solution as they believe my right to reject the vehicle is not going to happen they will not willing accept the return! Now we have legal action in place to close the case!

Brother brought an ST off them at the weekend lovley team, very helpful and clear all through the process of buying a car, the quality of the car was top condition we had a cracking deal, and they had a massive stock of some lovley motors from classic rollers to modern day sports cars. A very nice family owned business that sells good quality cars with a refreshing minimum of fuss. Please don't be put off by the industrial estate surroundings - it is a hidden gem. We travelled from Kent to view the car sold to my daughter and am very pleased with both product and service.

I've got to say that all the guys at car Lane are fantastic. Not like your typical sales man they leave you to walk about have a look and when your ready they will help. It took me about two months pick the right car. As I kept walking off and coming back to carlane eventide they ware very helpful and polite not trying to rush me. I've got my qashqai from them and I must say it's fantastic if I could give more stars I would thanks guys one very happy customer.

I'm very very impressed with the service from Car Lane. Last week I purchased a stunning Golf GTD and from start to finish the experience was brilliant. As soon as I arrived I was straight away offered and encouraged to take the car for a drive and enjoy it. I didn't need any thinking time as the warm welcome from the team and the easy process with handling the finance made up my mind.Car Lane also purchased my BMW 1 Series from me and again this was a very easy process.
