Absolutely dire! Doctors sent an urgent prescription to them on Friday afternoon. Received 3 text messages from them acknowledging receipt & asking me to be patient (pun intendeded??) 4 days later still no prescription & now they are closed for Christmas. They don't answer their phone so no point in trying & I'm too ill to go in & wait for it. Shocking service

Pharmacy which primarily caters the need of GP or hospital referred medications. Busy always. Helpful staff. Went to buy paracetamol syrup & ibuprofen syrup.

Been waiting for my repeat prescription for over a week now. I have this delivered as I cannot get out. Been phoning them constantly for three days now and have got no response they refuse to answer the phone most days I have rung over fifty times one day I tried to get through over a hundred times with no one answering the phone still don?t know when I will receive my medication and am getting desperate with no one to turn to. These staff are either lazy incompetent stupid or all

Extremely slow service! They never have enough stock of medicine! They even don?t care about to let you know this! We face this problem every time we come here! So pathetic!
After 5 months I came back again to this boots! Terrible experience is continuing! Waited 45 minutes for prescriptions! Then I had to left without prescription! What a jock!

Rude customer service. I went to Boots Ballard Walk after being referred by 111. I know what I wanted because I am a health professional myself. I was not given time to explain at all. The pharmacist did not have the decency to explain to me why she couldn't help me. They said they have not received my referral. I showed them the referral. In a nutshell, Pharmacist should be able to prescribe any medicine for any medical condition within their competence. I suppose someone needs to question this Pharmacist competency. And at least have the decency to listen to people's problems on a weekend whereby the GP is not around and the problem is not worth going to A&E. Shame on you.

Didn?t have my medication 3 days after the prescription was sent. So had to go to 4 different pharmacies to find my injection before my app.Went to collect my dads meds and they close between 1-2 for a lunch break. What pharmacies close during the day!!! Just rotate your staff for the lunch hour so they can all have a rest and stay open. Balls

Service seems to get worse by the day. I had a prescription issue on Thursday (19/01), I've called to check and they will apparently send me a SMS when its ready. It used to be so good with the previous staff. Why change a good thing. I'm still waiting..............
