Had a 'security guard' follow me around the store and make me feel uncomfortable. I just wanted to purchase a few items but they were obviously watching me. Even when I went to the till to pay they stood to the side of me awkwardly watching. I had to calm myself down from screaming in their face. I will be not returning to this store not just for this problem but the staff were standing in the way of some of the shelves and didn't ask me if I needed any help. The lady at the till was also miserable and poor customer service skills.

Boots Pharmacy - Malika - was very helpful. Gridlock traffic meant I wasn?t able to get my prescription in for items that needed to be ordered. I telephoned the pharmacy and Malika was very helpful. The prescription was was a ?token? one and Malika imputed the alpha/numerical code and was able to locate the prescription on the system meaning I didn?t need to go there - which was very helpful. Thank you Malika. Great customer care.

Staff are always so rude, they never acknowledge you, say hello, thank you anything I don?t know how it stays open!

The shop was a bit.. messy and the prices were all over the place, but 5* to the lady from the till, she was very nice and helpful.

It states on their own website the pharmacy is open Sundays. When we arrived we were told this isn't true and hasn't been for a year very bluntly. I understand in store staff do not control the website but good customer service would be to say sorry and offer alternative opening times. Considering this is for necessary medicines purchased through boots privately for the speedy collection time it is very disappointing service.
