Today(11-03-23) we visited to store before an hour and half to the closing time, had a terrible experience with the staff/manger.. was behind us from the min we entered the store.Manger lady asked leave the fitting rooms as they need to close before an hour and constantly checking on us to leave the store?time was 4.30pm and had a hour to close.Rather than helping us they were constantly making comments one after the other by being rude to us.They didn?t even let us shop peacefully. At the end they the staff ( with a very rude tone) was mocking us that we left the dress out of the hanger.. and we dint arrange them well.. we were puzzled whether they are working in the store or we are working for them ?shocked and disturbed by the way she treated and spoke with usHighly disappointed and never visiting again.. sad this is being one of our local favourite store but with the disrespectful and racistic behaviour, we wouldn?t be visiting this store anymore.

I went to their store once to get dresses for the summer when Debenhams closed down and I was really happy. They had great styles of dresses and also some brilliant T-shirts.Been shopping or browsing there ever since. The staff members are also great and one staff member also liked a summer dress I was wearing which I really appreciated and I got great customer service.If any of you guys are thinking are getting basic or casual clothes this is one shop I would recommend.A solid 5/5

I like this shop. Staff always helpful and polite. At present not always got the range of sizes and leg length I required. Still have to order on line and have to pay delivery if under a certain price. Not the shops fault, Bonmarche not doing store deliveries at present.

Very nice shop. Very disappointed it looks like they are closing. My wife is a regular visitor to this shop.Update, they have been bought and not now closing.
