Bought 3 adjustable beds for 5k and said about buying some matress protector for them but was told dont worry as we would be getting them with the beds, so took time off work for delivery, when beds arrived there was not headboard and was told they wasn't in the country yet, which would mean id have to take more unpaid time off as no weekend delivery. There was also no matress protector?. So I confronted the basildon branch they did not seem interested on the phone and said we had got it wrong that the protectors are free, which was odd as I was going to pay them some at the time and was told not to, I popped into the basildon branch to talk about it and and look at getting some but again was greeted uninterested when they realised it was not a big sale, when again I explained about what I was told. They didn't even offer a discount on any protectors. Well that's 5k spent and not much customer service after. I think it was the manager i spoke to?. I wouldn't bother next time, id buy online or from a competitor. I feel all that wanted to do was take my money but after care was none existent. Think and get promises signed so you have something to prove it

Rachael at store really helpful! Delivery team were great! Couldn?t do enough to help me. Took delivery to my room of choice and set the packages out so it was easy for me to pull the mattress onto the base once put together. They were both friendly and respectful of my home. Loving my new bed!

I found the range of beds and the sales approach a very good experience.
I went into the Southend-on-sea Branch and the lady I initially met gave me some guidance then Robin came and talked to me, asking me the requirements I had.
He directed me to 2 or 3 beds and gave me a full rundown on the benefits of each one without being pushy.
He focused on my needs and not pushing for the most expensive option.
we chose the iGel 2050i and felt that it was more inline with our needs even though we could have spent significantly more.
