Yesterday, I relocated to the South End. Although I have visited numerous residences, Belvoir assisted me expeditiously and without difficulty with the necessary documentation. Yesterday marked the move-in of Belvoir team members Keeley Taylor and Jayne Wooding, who completed all paperwork in forty-eight hours. Even though she had other commitments at the time we requested to pick up the key, Jayne was incredibly accommodating, kind, and patient in her responses to all inquiries. The Belvoir team is, without a doubt, the finest in the South End region.

Private renting in London these days has become a nightmare process, with would be tenants having to go through processes and filling several forms. Belvoir I must day take the pain off their client. They are efficient and courteous and keep you in the loop throughout. I have no hesitation in giving them A+.

The team at Belvoir have been amazing. Jayne our main point of contact was so helpful always kept us updated and made what was a stressful time moving easy and as less stressful as could be. This is an amazing letting agent with a quick off the feet start and effective come back when you need them. They found us a tenant pretty much the same week when we contacted them. Also, they provide the full rage of letting services including experienced advice on complex issues we found ourselves short of. We cannot recommend them more.

Having recently rented and sold through Belvoir I cannot recommend them highly enough , I found the staff to be polite, efficient ,professional and they offered sound advise when needed. I was also kept informed and updated regularly along the way which made the whole process relatively stress free. A big thank you to everyone at Belvoir.

My boyfriend rented a house with this estate agent last year/this year and it was the worst decision we ever made. We received no support with anything throughout the tenancy and they are still making it difficult to return the deposit. I extremely do not recommend this agency. During a rental we seek support, not a company that turns a blind eye to what is happening. Extremely bad. Of all the rental companies we have ever had, this is the worst of all.

A bit of a weird review as we are no longer with Belvoir, but honestly cannot get over how wonderful Nicola has been in the lead up to us leaving our old place. Our landlord recently decided to sell through a third party estate agent taking us all by surprise. But Nicola went above and beyond for us. Was so helpful negotiating a moving date and looking after us when trying to find a new property. Looked after us as much as she could and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for your help, professionalism and for genuinely being a nice person to deal with in what was quite an upsetting time for me & my little family.

Very unprofessional. A viewing was arranged and cancelled 20 minutes before the time. After I called a reschedule was promised but this also didn't happen. They were basically blaming one another for not contacting me. I guess these days only sellers are valued customers for some estate agents.

I rarely leave negative feedbacks but some things must be said. When you live in a property for 5 years you expect some decent things such as not having to put towels under door during autumn and winter months . Additionally given the property was rented as furbished you would expect minimum chages to be done in the same ammount of time and not have to use rusted items despite several callouts being done both e-mail and ' property visits'. It s as simple as that if you chose this rental company you will get in my opinion nothing but promisses and money taken out of account without any lack of any quality of living. As a bonus at the end of tenure they will take money from your deposit to buy other things to replace the rusted ones since you moved in as for some reason nothing was seen across at last 12 visits. This review is based as well on my 9+ years of living in uk and 3 different agencies definitely last one was the worst and least involved in the safety and quality of life for their tenants.

Extremely helpful, turnover was quick and easy with no issues. Such a good response I'm moving in within a week of viewing. Natalie was amazing with any questions and made it extremely easy to manage while I had a crazy work schedule. Finally bringing a dog to the viewing was a great sales tactic that I perosnally think other estate agents should copy ? but amazing to deal with and I will be sure to contact them if I ever look to move in the future
