It’s primarily the atmosphere for me, the music is relaxing, not the typical spa music, it always smells amazing and the people are so great at what they do. Tracy managed to book me and my daughter in after very short notice after I'd been let down by someone else, she is so friendly and professional, makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and chit chats like she's know you for years, it was such a lovely experience, the setting is also really really nice too, so clean and welcoming. “I had my first micro needling and although I was a little nervous, Katie made me feel relaxed and comfortable then talked me through the whole process so that I knew what to expect. “If you've had bad experience with nail salons, you need to see Lorna. Lorna is friendly, kind and professional. I haven't had a manicure in years due to negative experience. I have clubbed thumbs (which I am very self conscious about), the nail techs would laugh, or show other staff members them. In addition my nails are very weak due to years of anxious biting, and I would experience experience discomfort when having a manicure. I experienced none of this with Lorna. Lorna was very sweet and calm, she gave me loads of information on how to look after my nails, the shape of my nails and how my nails naturally grow. Lorna also, gave advise on how I can promote strength and hopefully add a little bit of length.Lorna is generally such a lovely person. I couldn't recommend her enough! I have already booked 2 follow up appointments and I am looking forward to see how my nails progress ?Thank you Lorna, keep up the amazing work!Service: Manicure”

“Had the pleasure of trying to book a waxer last minute on Friday.. the owner answered and said she would get back in touch for any available slots.. within 5 minutes a slot available at 1.30pm.. .. I had a wonderful girl named Lucy who was the the kindest person.. made me feel totally comfortable as I have some issues with weight gain due to steroids for a long health issues.. As a man who has never ventured into a salon, I was dubious at first but all of the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about their profession. I’m not really sure what I expected to be honest, but I am very happy with my experience and results - my feet feel a lot better!! The cracked heels I had, have practically gone and it’s instantly feeling less painful to walk on. I’m really thankful to the ladies for spending time with me as well as making me feel welcome. I would recommend and will definitely be coming back for further treatments.

Her treatment room in Laindon is convenient (no hassle with parking) is COVID secure (when permitted to trade of course) and makes her clients always feel at ease and welcome. I have used her as a make-up artist for a photoshoot and my daughter uses her services for waxing. Highly recommend this relatively small treatment room with a big heart and superb service.
