Never had a problem with the store their prices have increased over the years but that's understandable due to inflation & COL. They have everything you need, staff are helpful and lovely too x

I’ve been going to this hair shop for years and never encountered any issues. I have always found the staff pleasant - one time I was even able to exchange a £15.99 item without a receipt.

The products are good but there is a massive racial bias. It took years as a customer for me to no longer be followed by staff and even now I receive the bare minimum when it comes to customer service.
