Went to self service till with trolly of shopping, 9 visits by staff because the till kept failing to recognise items. Finally got all shopping through and bagged when til failed again, 4 staff members unable to.un- freeze the till so.had to.unpack and restart whole til experience. Apparently the til.had played up the day before and earlier. Need to bring back.staff at an actual till

Terrible shopping experience. Awful shop. No staff to help. No operated tills open. Self scan tills always have issues and RUDE assistant just shouts at you and doesn?t assist. Not sure why I put myself through the agony of shopping here. Restaurant. Waited 20 Minutes for lunch to be told she forgot! But in her defence was the only person working. ASDA PIPPS

Not impressed whatsoever, the way your security officer Claire handled my partner today shouting and screaming at her and having to call out up the assistant manager.
If someone isn?t available to do the random check on self service, the person should be able to then go to another checkout and pay for the goods.
Definitely gonna be in touch about this one I?m not letting it go, especially when she?s suffering from cancer.

Toilet refurbishment is a great idea but why close the gents and the disabled accessible toilet simultaneously? Women?s toilets left open. It?s not like they?re even in a remotely convenient location either, so even more perturbing to discover they are closed after walking across the entire length of the store.

Not great, staff rude and actually physically moved my daughter when going to a self check out, two tills working and long lines of people in a hurry, not bad enough having to pay prices but actually doing their job too isn't good enough.
Rather go somewhere else from now.
