This was the worse experience I have ever had from Asda. Had no problems with Asda they did a blinding job no problems but when I had a problem they just wouldn?t compensate me. Asda staff Apprently called in sick (which happens) but they couldn?t put my shopping on another load it was to late (texted me 30 min before my delivery at 10. So the reason I was getting shopping because I was running out of food but this was my last shop before I get paid but I was going to refunded 5 days later and told to reorder we can do anything more. I thought ok il try again because stuff like this does happen did the same order and a different time but again same excuse. Obviously I am getting a little wound up . This meant I spoke to customer service they said they can give me £10 compensation on a £250 shop.
Think Asda need to look at their customer service way they speak to the customers and how they treat people putting money in their pockets. Please consider this Asda I think this is how you lose customers to your competitors.

My first experience with Asda Delivery was a breeze. The delivery driver Harry was so personable as well. I'm seeing myself using Asda delivery for my bulk orders in the foreseeable future.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered shopping which took 3+ hours to come then when it came half of my shopping was missing! They take forever to even look at your order because they are to lazy to get off their arse and do their job I will never be using them again this is the 3rd time this has happened now what a shocking service

Drove round car park for over half HR for space big enough for assisting with wheelchair.
Couldn't get groceries as (new) wheelchair attachments are too low and wouldn't go over legs (saw other wheelchair users with baskets on their laps - so, not just us).
Chose toasties and toasted paninis in cafe ...came out like just warmed up so we're soggy and really not nice ...didn't like to complain as it appeared to be just one elderly lady working and doing food)
All parking stations were out of service so had a frustrating experience trying to get phone registered to make payment (automated system going round in circles); eventually paid online but ended up going into next price category because of time wasted and paid £7.20!!
This was not a good day at Asda and I definitely wasn't patting my arse! Just felt arsy!! poor show Asda! Won't be returning!

Very helpful and polite staff, shelves are normally stocked well, and the store is very clean and tidy for the most part

I recently visited Asda Basildon Eastgate to do some shopping. When I went to pay, I noticed that an item I believed was on sale was ringing up at full price. I asked the cashier to double-check, and after calling her colleague, they confirmed it was full price.
I then offered to show the cashier where I found the item with the sale label. However, she informed me that the item was no longer on sale, crumpled the label in her hand, and reiterated that it wasn?t discounted anymore.
This isn?t the first time I?ve experienced this issue. Just last week, I was charged an extra £7 for a similar discrepancy. It seems there are often mismatches between shelf prices and what is charged at the till, accompanied by inadequate explanations.
I recommend everyone carefully check their receipts after shopping.

I'm pissed off to say the least, ordered my groceries at 19.70 n getting on to 20.30, got message to say my order has been cancelled and refund is on way, well thanks a bloody lot. It's hard enough getting by as it is only for Asda to take my money n cancel my blooming order saying order elsewhere, yea right it's getting on for 22.00 not many places open, Asda your bloody ridiculous service ?

Placed an order through Deliveroo, 18/08/24.
Waited 3/4 of an hour, only to be told, order rejected by Asda. What a useless store, won't ever order from them again. Sent the order to Sainsbury's and guess what, delivered within the hour.

Karen from customer service was very confrontational. I went to let them know they incorrectly advertised the cost of a product, she was cutting me off and arguing over it. Chill out love. Get some better customer service advisors
