This pub is great, friendly, clean, and good choice of beers and spirits. They don't do food but we ordered Chinese and the staff even lent us cutlery to eat it with. We stayed next door in the caravan park and got better service in the pub. I liked it so much I'm back again this year.

Proper Pub very friendly.No food but you can buy fish & chips next door and eat in Pub which we did.Great conservatory and seating outside in warmer weather.

Visited this venue and apparently there is no menu available to have a look at when judging prices being offered for products sold. The price was hiked up right in front of my face after the shot of Jack Daniel?s was poured up within the space of 5 seconds and this was done between 2 individuals.
The usual level of trust of being exposed to one price is non existential in my opinion.
I don?t know what Bar offers no menu or is this done to those who are not local residents of Winchelsea?

Literally got told that my friends couldn?t sit down with me and my gf (who bought drinks) unless they bought a drink. They of course did, but that?s a joke. Who the **** has a rule like that. Completely unacceptable and I will never be back.

Never been before, very friendly and accommodating. No hiked up prices, in fact very reasonable. Facilities are very clean. Will visit again.
