Today was an Indian Head massage from Sarah. The whole experience is a relaxing treat (more like 'necessity' in my busy world).The salon is bright, warm, calm and smells gorgeous.I'm shown to my room to get ready. As it's an Indian Head, this means I sit in a chair, swathed in towels and blankets.Sarah has a choice of aromatherapy oils and we discuss what best fits my physical and mental well-being on that day. Lighting is lowered and soft spa music plays.An Indian Head isn't just your head. There's a really decent shoulder massage to start off, moving onto head and hair, then face and finally back to my shoulders again.I'm left to relax for a few minutes (relax more? I'm nearly asleep by the end).Sarah brings a cool glass of water at the end and we discuss any tension she's spotted. (Previously, she has spotted enough tension to warrant a trip to the GP. Turns out she was right. I had a medical problem showing up.)The whole experience is delightfully calm. I'm left with a zoned out feeling (endorphins) for hours .Thank you Sarah

I come here regularly for a massage or treatment. Sarah is very professional & by far does the nicest massage out of any spas or beauty salons I have been to. My favourites are the Thai-Style, Lava Shell & Indian Head Massages. Today I had the Kokolahaki Massage for the first time which was absolute head to toe bliss. Would highly recommend this spa experience.
