This is a Whoosh and overall Tesco review. The order was collected from this store.
Did a Whoosh order, then had to pop to the Superstore in the afternoon to pick something else up. I noticed one of the items I'd purchased earlier that day in my Whoosh order was less than half the price in store. This peaked my interest so I went round and checked the other 10 or so items. All were significantly cheaper and some not included in the same club card offers.
Turns out my £25 order was £5 cheaper from the Superstore. Once you factor in the £2.99 delivery you're paying 35% more to use Whoosh. Which I thought was a disgrace. I called Tesco to complain because in the app this is not made clear at all. There is some very vague wording about range and pricing differing. For this difference they should be highlighting this vast uprate in prices Whoosh vs a normal store.
Customer service were very dismissive and uninterested. I was told I would get a call back from a Manager but the call never came.
Trust lost in Tesco. Won't be using them again, there's plenty of better, cheaper supermarkets. Don't use Whoosh unless you want to be absolutely ripped off.

Pretty good placement for a Tesco Express. Easy to get to but hard to park with limited spaces sometimes. Near Uckfield College so can be great for students on their breaks.
