What an appalling website, you are only able to choose what Tesco's wants if you have any questions that don't fit their criteria they cut you off.

Truly disgusted at the treatment me and my partner received here today. Stopped by at 9:55pm to grab dinner whilst travelling back from work. On arrival I noticed a couple leaving the shop together, with a trolley full of shopping. As we entered we were approached by a very angry tesco worker, who stood less than a metre away telling us we could not shop together and can we not read the sign that states ?shop alone IF YOU CAN? We cannot shop alone due to hidden disabilities (my partner was wearing lanyard). The situation was handled in the most vile unprofessional manner it could?ve been. We then traveled to Crowborough Tesco where we were served with a smile and allowed to buy dinner (half a basket) together. Every Tesco in sussex allows us to enter together except Uckfield. Fantastic display of gratitude to fellow key worker ??

Well I do not recognise the previous description. Tesco has been utterly brilliant during the first lockdown. Trolleys were cleaned for you. Social distancing was possible. The store was never over crowded. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. If I have one criticism that is there are too many items out of stock. I have just moved to home delivery for the second lockdown and that has been brilliant as well.

The kiosk at the entrance often has long queues with only one staff member, yet there are always plenty of people standing around looking important but in reality not appearingto be doing much, maybe doing some queue busting would be a good idea.......\\nYour customers should feel valued as they could so easily shop elsewhere.

Great supermarket! It feels very cosy and local even though belongs to Tesco chain. Convenient navigation, shelves are always full! Staff is very helpful and friendly. I prefer this store to many more of the same chain!

Whenever I go to Tesco there is always a feeling of dread. The staff are always to busy talking to other staff, normally a family member, the trolleys, not the fault of the trolley guys, the management for not keeping an eye on it or the correct start time for them. The amount of times I look for certain things like Coke Zero in big boxes, always out of stock unless the manager has pulled his finger out and ordered a pallet and stuck it out for people to buy, they have it in the back because on a handful pof occasions I ask and they7 go get it!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible and never enough tills open, I go early to get the shopping done like others, 2 tills open and queuing, that early, come on, its obvious!!! Useless Tesco!!! ps some amazing staff but generally.......why cant they be like in America, its a service industry too, please train and then pay your staff better instead of penny pinching on everything. I HATE TESCO

A good Tesco, medium sized and Got all you need really (as in essentials) . Doesn't really set itself apart much from the hundreds of others in the country, Lewes is a better one to go to if you want a bigger range of non-grocery goods.

Staff are friendly and there is a good selection of food considering it's quite small. Unfortunately most of the food doesn't seem to last as it all seems to have such short use by dates.

One of the worst Tesco's I've ever been too, it looks fairly dirty and the selection is poor. The whole thing just needs renervating. Staff are ok
