Excellent customer service. I live outside the area but family members have told me of the good service they have received, for a number of years, from this branch so I decided to try them as not 100% happy with my previous opticians. Eye test was very good but I was particularly impressed with Laura's help. She was honest in her communications and I really appreciated her expertise in selecting the right glasses for my small face and tweaking them to fit perfectly. I bought 2 pairs of varifocals. I had occasion to phone the branch 3 times and the phone was always answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and shall return.

We have just had a home visit from Jemima, what a lovely professional and kind caring lady.
She spent time with my 88 year old mum, explaining what she was doing and also explaining to me how to clean her heating aids properly.
We have so much more confidence now.

I have written many lovely reviews for the Uckfield branch of Specsavers. They are second to none and I would wholeheartedly commend them. Mrs Nehta is charming, professional and has the kind of approachability that makes the whole process of eye testing, a pleasure. Glasses not ready when arrived for appointment. The store was empty and optometrists were just meandering around yet they would not allow me to do a trial contact lense fitting. They demand I go all the way home and come back another time.Their consideration for peoples time is appalling. Unhelpful in all senses.

I bought my glasses on-line with the help of a member of staff, they are the best sunglasses that I have ever had, fit ,look and as they have a coating on the lens perfect for the bright sunny weatther we are having. So thank you, yet again Specsavers.

Great service, I thought I'd update this as I popped in there on the off chance they could fix my daughters broken glasses, and they fixed her up with a new pair in less than 10 minutes! Outstanding service
