I have had massages for relaxation with Magda throughout my pregnancy and cannot fault her. I wish I could come every week! Spa therapy has all the equipment needed to make you comfortable throughout the massage no matter what stage of pregnancy you are in and Magda is kind, professional and fantastic at what she does. Highly recommended!

I visited Spa Therapy for the first time today for a treatment. The place itself has been done out really nicely which creates a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Magda(my therapist) was really welcoming and the treatment itself was carried out in a professional manner and nothing felt 'rushed' in comparison to my experiences at other salons.
Overall, I would totally recommend a visit.

I had a pre-natal ?relaxing mum? massage this afternoon with Sam and it was truly an amazing, beautiful experience. From the minute I walked in I felt so relaxed and at ease - this is my second ever massage and I couldn?t recommend Sam more, especially to any Mumma?s to be!! Checking in regularly with me if I was comfortable etc, I left the Spa Therapy extremely satisfied and I will definitely be back! Xx

The beauty therapists at Spa Therapy are all amazing. I always enjoy a massage with Magda, Sam and Annabelle. They are so consistent in the quality of their treatments and have helped me so much with my neck and shoulder problems this week. As well as nails, waxing and just pure pampering. You can get so absorbed in the lovely surroundings and very friendly atmosphere of this wonderful Spa in the centre of Uckfield.

What a fantastic place this is! I had the "Detox & Re-Balance Journey" Full Day (5 hours) with my friend, and it was by far the finest treatment I've ever had. From start to finish was pure relaxation and felt wonderful. My skin now feels so soft!
All of the rooms are lovely, calm, and pleasant, and the entire building exudes a cosy and laid-back vibe. I highly recommend it.
All of the staff were so nice and friendly and always happy to assist.
The lunch was delicious and featured an amazing assortment of dishes, drinks, and coffees. I am very excited to return!
