Fantastic premier inn. Stayed in a few and this is without a doubt the best. Has the advantage of being a new build so facilities such as the bathroom are a bit fresher. Despite being next to a busy road, there was little to no noise. I was lucky to be on the top floor right at the end of the corridor so no noise from other guests. Excellent place for the price.

Plenty of parking, modern rooms, very clean, loved the lit mirror and the new style shower. Beds very comfortable and was super quiet considering it was fully booked we all slept very well and couldn't hear any other guests overnight. Situated next door to a massive m&s foodhall and a home bargains if you need anything whilst staying.

Despite being extremely pressured, the duty manager was good about our late check-in. She sorted out late food, answered all questions. Room was beautifully cleaned, airy, and amazingly quiet. The main bed was a little hard for my liking, but I do have a neurological disability. My sister slept extremely well, bar the fire alarm at 05:15, which was beyond the hotel's responsibility. We would certainly use this hotel again.

What a great place to stay. Facilities fantastic. Staff were brilliant, from the front desk to the restaurant and not forgetting the House team who keep it so clean and welcoming. Thanks Premier Inn Uckfield.

I stayed there for work. Clean, modern and very functional rooms, everything correct. For a week it is fine, for longer it is short of cabinets. The beds are large and comfortable. It is in a commercial area with a supermarket and some stores, but to eat you have to move around since apart from the hotel's own restaurant, there is nothing else. Good free parking.

Stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is very central a short walk to the town centre. We had a Premier inn plus room. Myself and my wife were very pleased with the size of the room and the thoughtful extras. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. I have not been disappointed with the standard of what Premier Inn provides. The location of the hotel is only a few minutes drive from a secure carpark providing underground parking.

Frustratingly inflexible. The restaurant was "full" at 1800. Nobody to be seen. So we were so hungry we were forced to pay £28 for a taxi round trip to nearest restaurant. And the food there. Room however was clean, and bed comfortable.

We stayed here, through UK Power Networks, as we had no power at home. A comfortable room, everything we needed, not sure about the purple lighting! A very tasty breakfast ?

Wonderful clean hotel . Duty manager was lovely and really helpful . All staff were great and room/amenities spotless, food was ok but didn?t go for the food . Breakfast great .

very tight parking spaces yet another Premier inn that can't handle half the amount of guest, the dinning room probay a third full 5 girls behind the bar and can find room for a solo dinner would have to say shocking service.would have to say after staying in many premier inns for work there is definitely a consistent theme and that is either understaffed and staff all gathering around the bar and talking not doing alot and certainly not service paying customers.menu as always very limited and would have to say very boring and when u are staying in this chain of hotels for weeks at a time would have to say im very fed up.staff not very helpfulFood & drinks: very limited menu

Great food, service, prices and cleanliness. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very good. We had breakfast and dinner, food and drinks from bar were excellent. Room had everything you need, overhead shower and handheld shower in bath. Lots of lights, even one around a vanity mirror! Very happy to come back again!
