Just visited Pizza Express in Uckfield and we had a lovely waitress called Sarah ! Really appreciate such a friendly service, even though she was rushed off her feet. Food came out quickly and it was so good

We had a pizza party for my 6 year old at Uckfield Pizza Express this morning. A great time was had by all (both children and adults). All 10 kids got to make their own pizza with their chosen toppings (including my youngest who just turned 2) and then enjoyed a starter whilst waiting for their pizza to cook and then finished with ice cream. One of the kids is also dairy intolerant and this was all accommodated for (with short notice) and the pizzas were delicious. It's mainly birthday girl's dad who can confirm the pizza was good after he hoovered up the leftovers! We also brought a birthday cake with us which was brought out so everyone could sing happy birthday. Would highly recommend.

We came to pizza express in uckfield for our works Christmas do. We all had such a brilliant time and the food and service was spot on! A massive thank you to Daniel, Ruth and Katie for making our night truly one to remember and for also making it so easy for us when paying for such a large amount of food and drinks. Great organisation from the team here in uckfield. We will be back next year!

Popped in on the off chance, super friendly staff found one last table for us. Efficient service despite how busy they were, great buzz inside. We both ordered lasagne which was delicious. Thanks for accomodating us and for a lovely evening.

Staff are great as is the atmosphere..They were missing two drinks we wanted which was a shame, especially as not so many options for soft drinks otherwise would have given 5 stars

Just moved to Uckfield and made an order for delivery via the app and went a bit wrong and collected.
All staff was great as we had a food intolerance that we couldn't select on the app.

Recent visit this week was fab! Waitress Sarah is certainly a credit to the team, gave guidance on menu items, and even though I had to return a pizza due to wrong toppings being a kitchen error, Sarah was super apologetic and attentive in making sure the kitchen my order correct. Experience was great and a thank you to her, will be back :)

Earlier this evening, I visited Uckfield pizza express with my sister and a friend, i would like to say that the lovely lady that served us named Sarah was very kind and accommodating to our requests.
The food there was lovely too. Thank you to all the members of staff there that served us. Was a lovely experience. The lighting however was a bit too dark, but this didn?t affect the taste of our food!. I highly recommend the ultimate chocolate fudge cake too!!!

After several enjoyable visits last night's experience was a real disappointment.
Staff didn't seem to know the menu and were disinterested and not engaging at all.
When my son's pizza arrived it looked like it had been dropped, overloaded with sauce and base was soggy.
We ordered a grand caesar salad which we have had several times before but portion size seemed more like a starter.

Made to order pizzas - great choice and many variations. Plus pasta dishes and healthy options. Relaxed with attractive interior plus great lighting and atmosphere.

Our first time at this restaurant, very good , clean ,staff smart and friendly, our pizzas ? and sides were hot and well presented, will definitely be back .
